Enrique Iglesias - Do You Know (The Ping Pong Song)
I have been browsing Youtube recently and by coincidence I discoverd the world premiere of Do You Know (The Ping Pong Song) by Enrique Iglesias. As I liked his famous hits Bailamos, Hero and Escape a lot, I was quite curious about his new song.
And I have not been disappointed by. The song starts with the rhythm of table tennis and leads into a catchy chorus where he sings about how one ‘feels when you love someone that is in a rush to throw you away’. Do You Know is a “classic” Enrique Iglesias Latin Pop song which has a good chance to continue his former world wide success.
He also made a spanish version Dimelo (Tell it to me) which is also good but in my opinion the english version is better. It seems to me that the song was originally written in english, but I have no proof for that until now.
Do You Know (The Ping Pong Song) is taken from his latest album Insomniac, which will be released on the 12th of June 2007.
